so its blizzarding again out there. it's warm, mind you. but it's blizzarding. i went to the grocery store and had to wipe off 4 inches of heavy wet snow, all new in the last 24 hours.and i got all wet from the melty snow. okay, i take back what i said the other day. i want the icky brown yuckies. i want spring!! every single day that it snows [which is like every day in the past 2 weeks] i feel guilty that i make R live here. but not so guilty that i want to leave manitoba. he says that growing up, winter was december and part of january. hmmm. *guilt*
well, i'm off to the hospital right away. today i have 2 patients... should be easy. and probably a little boring, since they're not very complicated patients. but tomorrow.... oh tomorrow! tomorrow will be an adventure. i'm spending the day in the OR, watching and learning. and not touching. should be interesting!

I just went for a walk with my coworkers to the Coop grocery store so they could buy lunch at the deli(I have leftover pizza!) and there were these wierd white things falling from the sky. Actually... from the blue sky with only a few puffy little clouds, so it was really really weird.
Have FUN in the OR!! Oh my goodness that sounds cool. Way cooler than the bronchoscopy I saw... but I did get to wear a surgical mask and glasses! Eeep. I look forward to a long and hopefully interesting post tomorrow!!

Hey guess what we were doing with the grandkids this morning? Making a SNOWMAN!!!Yes we had snow on this first day of March!!Apparently, 56yrs. ago they had even more snow than we did today...(oops, dad didn't want me to let you know :)
HE says, BUT tell them about all the crocuses that are poking through the snow and that the daffodils are ready to pop out too and the beautiful Japanese cherry trees already in bloom :)
i want spring too!!! Manitoba winters suck!
