for kerri

i have been told by my dear cousin that i don't blog often enough. the first excuse that came to mind was that, unlike most of the blogs i follow, i don't have adorable children to post photos and stories of their cute antics of them hiding in cupboards or on easter egg hunts or getting covered in food as they try to feed themselves or videos of them giggling, etc. i have trouble talking about my job while keeping my patients anonymous, so i often don't blog about work at all. and then when i do, i realize that it's usually not about the positive things. sorry - i will try to change that.

later on today, while i painted the last 3 closets left to paint in our house (there are officially NO white walls in the house anymore!) , i was thinking about what to blog about, and i thought i could take pictures of myself hiding in a cupboard or some such thing. but then i remembered that i'm a grown woman and that would be a little immature, even as a joke. must think of something else....

not too long later, i found myself tucked away under the bottom shelf of my pantry as i sanded the primed walls, in prep for painting....

YAY MORE BLOGGING FROM YOOOOOOU!

Erm. Because, like, um, whatever, I like so totally like blog lots and yeah, stuff.

As a non-owner of babies, I do occasionally appreciate a baby-free blog, filled with adult sized antics and capers. Just so's ya know, yours is always a great read.

LOL! The thought of you taking pictures of yourself hiding in a cupboard made me laugh out loud. You totally should!

And Gen, a "non-owner of babies"?? I had no idea babies were owned or did you mean pwned? LOL

I am so glad I could get through to you!!! :) Ryan took the cutest photo of his little Julia in the closet. Just as cute as us kid-owners taking pics of our kids in cupboards!!! Your blog is very entertaining- and it makes me miss you- that is why I wanted you to update it! Infact- I have a strange craving for garlic bread. Maybe I will make myself a late night snack tonight!!
