i just came home from watching the olympic torch relay thing here in my little city. i was there for about half an hour of the 2.5 hour celebration. i ended up going by myself, but running into a friend from church and her 2 kids, and i ran into "Mr. P" who was there with his students. it's pretty cold out today and it's snowing, so my list of friends who would be able to come watch with me was pretty short. i realized that all my friends here have babies! silly babies... don't like to stand around in the freezing cold... what's their problem? i have a baby and he doesn't mind standing around in the cold. so low maintenance..... if only he would stay so low maintenance. :)

Sweet! If I lived closer and didn't work during the day, I would totally have gone with you! Next time!
Hee hee! Seems you're in the "sooooo maybe just leave it in there, because this is kind of nice just the way it is" phase. I will be amused when you make it to the "OH MY GOODNESS GET IT OUT NOW" phase, because that phase is pretty dramatic.
Hey, I will be checking in on you...now because I love to see what's happening in your family.
The torch comes here on Feb.7 and all the bells and whistles are ready to go.. I have three sets of tickets...Yea.
I have my grand babies tonight...Low maintenance? Only for a grandma..Actually they call me Oma.
