three years ago, on this day.....
well, exactly 3 years ago at this time, i believe our wedding reception was over, but we were probably still at the church, suddenly being informed that we weren't allowed to leave for our romantic getaway yet but that my grandparents wanted to watch us open our wedding gifts first. we just wanted to go. the wedding (if i recall correctly) started at 3 pm, and had worship and foot-washing and the reception was 8 million hours long too..... but hey, it was one of the FUNNEST (yes, dad, i used the word 'funnest') days of our lives! we had a blast, and yes, we do remember most of it still.
anyways. these last 3 years have been the best 3 years of my life. i love my husband SOOOOO much. R is..... ah!! he means so much to me! he's my best friend, my favourite person in the whole world to hang out with, to be with. i can't get enough of him. he's understands me better than i could have ever imagined anyone could. and he's so caring. he is so incredibly talented. and we love the same things.... God totally knew what He was doing when He introduced us to one another. wow, i couldn't have dreamed up a better guy to spend the rest of my life with. it's not just mushy... it's the truth.
i love how he makes me laugh, i love how he makes up weird songs with me (sometimes i think we live in a musical), i love how he fits in with my family, i love how he loves God, i love how he looks!
R, i love you. and i love being your little wife.

Happy Anniversary you old married still totally in love couple!!!
happy anniversary, happy anniversary, happy anniversary, haaaaaaaaaapy...anniversary!!
i remember you're wedding and being inspired to have a wedding that was completely and totally dedicated to God!! yours was one of the best wedding's i've been to. and all that putting God first stuff has carried over into the marriage. it's funny how sometimes people can get so caught up in an event that they forget about the rest of their lives. May God Bless you richly as you continue to seek him and grow deeper in love with each other. and not some lame-existent kind of love, a deep as the ocean, commitment sort of love. rock rock on!!
Happy (Belated) Anniversary. I too remember your wedding day (and glad my luggage arrived so I could have clothes to wear). It was the most fun photo shoot I've ever done. I remember the slurpee's and the McDonald's bibs (to keep me clean). It was a very fun day. But the best part was when Ryan walked into your parents yard and saw you for the first time all gussied up...that was really neat.
I love you guys. You're such a fantastic couple!
