backwards day

what a messed up day. i sit here, at the computer, eating cheerios. i just took a shower. but you see, it is 10:04 pm. i had my "evening" this morning, where i got some housework done and did a little bit of painting. then we put in a day of work and now we're home. and i'm eating cheerios.
the guys i work with are extraordinarily entertaining. individually, i wouldn't say that any of them have sarcastic personalities exactly, but put the 3 of them together and you get the most sarcastic gaggle of boys in the world. yes.... in the world. and if they're not adding on to a joke that probably began 2 or 3 days ago, they're busy trying to outdo one another by making the world's worst puns. these puns.... they can go on for hours and hours. i quite enjoy involving myself in their jokes, but haven't quite been able to lower myself to put in my 2 cents in their terrible terrible pun-making.
yes, today was quite weird, but still somewhat enjoyable. despite the cool temps and the brief rain. things still made it enjoyable, like at lunch today when R accidently drank the water that was in the cup i had used to rinse out my paintbrush. ah, yes. that was entertainment.
