i think somebody's ready for a holiday....

today i was looking through my photo albums, partially because i didn't want to do my homework and partially because i love looking through my photo albums. i realized that i have a lot of mountain pictures. man, i love the mountains. why, you ask, do i then continue to live in manitoba? good question.

here's a picture of me and my sibs, when i was 4. we're on mt. indefatigable, which i believe is in peter lougheed provincial park. my family loves camping. and hiking.
hmmmm.... let me find another one...

This is me at 6 years old. awwwww....

carly & i named this lake "donut horse lake" and it's somewhere near canmore. couldn't tell you where though. but it was perfect.

this is my beautiful friend, crystal, whom i moved to canmore with. what crazy fun we've had.... (i miss you girl)

.... well, i don't know if i'm just sick of school or what. today R and i watched a bit of "valerie pringle has left the building". it's a ctv travel show, and today she was in new zealand. wow, that country is amazing. but now i just want to go somewhere. anywhere! maybe nwe zealand. maybe thailand. maybe some place with mountains. or maybe saskatchewan. somewhere where there's no never-ending homework and where it's not almost-spring....

someday.

Hey, you're welcome to come see us ANYTIME....that'll take you through those gorgeous mountains.:)
Hopefully, Ryan and you will be able to do something fun together this week to get through this feeling of blahness. Hang in there girl...this school year is almost over. We came up to White Lake last week only to see our lake water supply cut off. Not sure how or why. Our winter seems to have extended itself too...lake still frozen...so to add insult to injury, a hole had to be chopped first in order to get any water. We're really camping now!
