so confused.

i'm trying to sort out my thoughts right now. i'm so confused. by now everyone knows my feelings towards bozo, the guy who lives beneath us. during exams in april, i really thought that i was truly going to go crazy, with his buddies coming over and making so much noise....
our lease here ends in september and we were 99% sure that we were moving. mostly becuase of the noise [it's not his music, it's just a murmuring male voice, especially when one of his buddies is over, and when they pound on the window to get let inside]. and... i want a balcony. but one day we'll have a house with a yard, etc. patience, julia, patience.

we've been looking at a few apartments (not that many, but they're all the same in this area), and honestly, we still like ours better. so yesterday our landlord called us, to remind us that our new lease needs to be signed by this friday. and also to tell us that bozo is moving out and that a "quiet, single, female student" is moving in downstairs. hmmmmmm! she asked if that would affect our decision. ummmm, yes!! she totally knows everything that's going on, and it seems like they want us to stay. but what does this mean? "quiet" huh? so i'm praying that God will let us have peace once we've made the right decision.... He knows how "quiet" this girl really is.

so now we're pretty sure that we're staying.

-we pay a pretty cheap rent for living in this area.
-we can walk to school (saving $100/month), which we couldn't do if we moved out of the area
-we have LOTS of storage space (and a lot of junk) compared to all the places we've seen.
-we have a nice kitchen, bathroom, nice set-up, new carpet...
-and as the landlord pointed out, this is our home.


..... aaaaah, what to do??
